The separate games were omitted since the bundle is definitely the better deal, but anyone looking to grab and individual Tomb Raider, Wolfenstein, or Metro game can find them discounted on the PlayStation Store. There are also a few bundles on the list which have their individual games on sale as well. Since they are some of the biggest releases as of late, it should also be mentioned that games such as Battlefield 2042, Call of Duty: Vanguard, the Directors' Cuts for Death Stranding and Ghost of Tsushima, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, and the best-selling Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart are all included in the PlayStation Holiday Sale, but their sales do not meet the 40% off minimum. The Anniversary Edition Upgrade, which is available to those who own the Skyrim Special Edition, is also discounted during the Holiday Sale. Deathloop, Far Cry 6, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, Mass Effect Legendary Edition, and Resident Evil Village are all surprising inclusions each exceeding a 40% discount. It should also be noted that Skyrim is not technically new (far from it), but the Anniversary Edition has a bunch of content from Bethesda's Creation Club. Unfortunately, most of the really steep deals are on games from years past, but there are a handful of 2021 releases with particularly good prices for within a year of launch. The list is comprised of full game releases only, and add-ons, expansions, or DLC cosmetics have been filtered out. Below is a list of all the PlayStation Holiday Sale's best deals, with steep discounts resulting in affordable prices, with a separate list for new games that released in 2021.
Players will want to pay attention when visiting the PlayStation Store, though, since some deals won't last for the entire event. As has become something of a tradition for digital video game storefronts, the PlayStation Holiday Sale has just started on December 22, and will last through January 19.
